Servicenaut GmbH grew out of softwarenaut GmbH in order to centralize the core competencies service management and design.
Servicenaut covers among others core areas like infrastructure and workspace management, IT support (first to last level) and enterprise communication with internal and external IT experts.
Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operational Level Agreements (OLA) are cornerstones of our services and are individually agreed with our customers.
In addition to Munich as our main location, other locations such as Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main and Stuttgart are also available to our customers.
The expansion of further locations is planned.
